That's when we kept pushing forward to see what houses was available and when that right time came. I wanted her because she was my math teacher in college. Dezarrea Kindle is an amazing agent in Real Estate, she listened to every word and if I had any questions or concerns she would always gave me an answer! She would take the time to talk to us when ever we had questions. Dezarrea Kindle is the most generous and kind person. She helped us with the process and honestly it went really, really fast! We started when the leaves started to fall and I remember that first house we really wanted to see it and we deeply feel in love and it has a big dinner area. That room and the bedrooms was the most important thing plus closets was on our list. We looked at so many house's and we just kept going back to the one house. Dezarrea was an awesome realtor. From the first day she was on top of helping me find the perfect house for me. I gave her a list of about ten houses to look at and the next day she got back to me with the available ones and the times we could go see them that day! I was very impressed. With the housing market being so competitive, that was really important. Needless to say I was able to put in an offer on one of the homes on my list the very next day. My offer was accepted right away. Dezarrea did a great job in keeping in communication with the sellers realtor and making sure he saw all the email correspondences. Also when looking at the different homes Dezarrea explained how I should look from the perspective of which home fits my needs to the point where I could live in it comfortably and not do any changes for a while. This helped me a lot since this was my first time and first home. She explained I might not have a chance to add my little touches right away and could I live with that in my new home. This perspective helped me chose between two homes I really liked. I am so glad she suggested that because I love my new home! Dez did an amazing job on all aspects of us selling our condo and helping us find our perfect forever home. She is patient, knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor and is extremely organized. The day she met us she had comps for us to see to help us decide on a price for our house. She had multiple lists for us-handy men to fix up anything we needed, mover recommendations, inspector recommendations, and mortgage companies. She walked us through all aspects of the buying and selling. Any questions we had she texted us back right away and if she didn’t have the answer she was on it to find out. Dezarrea is a true professional, she is very thorough, organized and respectful. We have known Dez for years but not as a realtor, we had hear how well she was doing as a realtor. We had several rental properties that we decided to sell. The first one we decided to sell on our own to save realtor fees, what a mistake, a waste of time and money, no knowledge of selling a home, taking pictures to advertise, having to run to the property every time someone called to look at it, looking back now, we are certain we could have gotten more for that first one. The next one we sold we called Dez, she met with us that evening and reviewed the entire process with us, the very next day photos were taken and posted, the showings started that same day and the offers started to come in, we were amazed at how fast and seamless this process was. I knew Ms. Kindle previously, but was unaware she was a real estate broker until I saw a post on facebook. I still have trouble grasping the fact that the house is sold. It was quick, and Ms. Kindle LITERALLY did all of the work. I live in a different state, so was unable to be present for most of the required actions/activities. Because of Ms. Kindle, that was not an issue at all. For days after the sale was completed, I waited for ...? It was hard for me to believe that everything was over, completed. Even though I had received the closing monies, I still was 'nervous,' thinking that something could be 'undone.' Ms. Kindle is thorough, professional, competent, prompt, and communicative. She is definitely the poster model for real estate in Kenosha (and should be for the whole of Kenosha and Racine!!). Now, if only Dezarrea Kindle could be in NC to help me purchase a property here!

Murry To beginning my comment , Dezeara was referred to me through a friend of mine, actually I have worked with many agents in the past but all what they care for is about their big commissions. First time I met Dezeara I was shocked simply the way she present herself professionally. Moving forward, she did explained the things that I need to know upfront and everything she explained is step by step, I remember that day, I asked her “ have you ever teach real estate class” because she just tackle everything that I need to know concern the purchasing home amicably . Dezeara gave me every tools that I need in first day I met her, she refer me to bankers and inspections agents, incase if I need one. Let me tell you, immediately I called these people one thing they told me is that “ you in good” even anytime I mentioned Daseara to other realtor they said the same thing those comment makes me feel comfortable with Daseara. Briefly, Dezeara will take time to know what types of house you are looking for, when come to tour the house she would watch your body language or face expression and before you say something she will know whether you like the house or not. She always available to answer your questions and she will give you full attention, she will never give up on you until she find you, your dream house/home. As far I have strong accent and English is my second language which makes it hard to understand me but she always be patient until we understand each other. Dezeara will support you from beginning to the time of closing even after closing, I have being recommend her to my friends, co workers and my relatives because she so reliable, flexibility, knowledgeable, outstanding , respectively, professionally, and trustworthy. If there is any other words that I can use to describe her, I will.

Dez was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and honest. At the most critical time, she was there to guide us through the most stressful situations-- whether it be through negotiations with the seller, to the walk through of a house that I just wan't sure about. She was willing and able to meet at times that worked with a crazy work/kiddo schedule. She even was willing to meet for a showing when the roads were terrible! She was patient and thoughtful on an individual basis-- she gets to know you as a person before assisting you with your home, which means everything. My husband and I were referred to Dezarrea by our mortgage broker. We are first time home buyers and Dezzarae DEFINITELY made the process so much easier. I really couldn't imagine us doing it alone or having a more reliable, honest, respectable, and for "US" realtor. She definitely went above and beyond for us. Upon meeting with Dezzarae she didn't have us sign a realtor agreement which would make us contracted to work with her. She wanted us to try her out first before signing anything just in case she didn't work well with us. We didn't even sign in it until the end when when purchased the house officially. Her communication is great. She responded to every question we had right away!!!! Buying a home is very stressful when my husband and I had concerns and felt like giving up she definitely encouraged us not to and calmed our nerves. We really appreciated and are thankful for having Dezzarae as a realtor. I choose Dezarrea because from the first phone conversation we had, up to the closing date she was always very attentive to our wants and our needs. She was always brutally honest and never tried to convince us to settle on a property that we didn't love. She is an awesome realtor and an asset to your company.
